The 2010 edition of Topps Sterling hit the streets right before Thanksgiving and is slowly trickling into the market. This is of course Topps ultra high-end issue which focuses on multi-piece memorabilia cards of superstars and Hall of Famers. While I typically don't love the game used and auto cards in this line very much, I do usually like the base cards and the parallels. And it looks like Topps delivered again this year in that department with possibly their best design ever for the base set cards. And the parallels are all pretty to look at straight down the line from the Whites to the Wood. And there are a good number of Cubs in the issue with good player selection for an issue such as this.

All of the inserts in this issue are game used memorabilia and autos. Since Topps typically doesn't release a final checklist for Sterling for a few weeks and given the shear volume of different cards available, I'm going to continue updating and posting cards to this thread as I see them. I will clean up the naming of the sets as it becomes more clear exactly how the insert sets are divided. Note that many of the insert sets typically come in a base version #'d from 10-25 and a Sterling Silver version which is a 1/1.
