This one just hit my radar for the first time this week. These were given out to the first 10,000 fans at the Cubs game on September 7th, when they dedicated the statue of Billy Williams. Strangely there have been almost none on eBay since that time. I have to believe these are not that tough to come by if they actually distributed 10,000, but maybe there was some sort of a glitch in the giveaway and not many were given out. The card itself shows a picture of the statue and has a picture of Williams ghosted in the background.
